Hi, we are real foodies so are interested to know if anyone has a copy of the Aqua menu to post (one may have slipped into your bag on the way home!).

Many thanks, Helen and Andy Razz

I'd be interested in seeing this as well (or just a list from someones memory of the normal buffet breakfast/dinner spread) Wink

To give a full list of all the wonderful food would take for ever! But a rough outline is as follows:

Breakfast

Full range of items for a continental breakfast such as breads, cured meats, cheeses, danish pastries etc.
Fresh fruit, cereals and toast
Cook station provides omeletes, scrambled egg, fried egg, pancakes, waffles, bacon and sausage
Self service hot items include beans, grilled tomatoes, porridge. If you want to 'go native' occasionally there is fish curry, try it you will be surprised it works for breakfast! I'm sure there are items I will have missed.

Dinner

The menu is theme based ie Maldivian night, Italian night etc. This scrolls on a 2 week cycle. But there is always a good mix of dishes that would be outside of the theme as well. Seriously to list all on offer would be imposible.

Soup
Fresh salad and cured meats
Cook station would provide perhaps a roast meat, green lip mussels (they are great!) etc
Self service hot tems are a range of vegatables and other main course items.
Lovely sweets of all types.

I should have copies of the menus from the Christmas and New Year Gala meals. Which you may think 'Well thats for a special occasion' but trust me it's not far off the daily spread. If I find them I will attempt to scan and post on here somehow.
